It’s short and a little late. I’ve been already pretty busy with my weekend and spent a lot of time climbing and working on the van. There will be more updates on that soon, but for now, here is the stuff I’ve been working on this weekend. But for now, here’s some stuff that’s been on my mind.
- I spent last night watching the Psicobloc 2016. This competition is one of the most exciting climbing competitions to watch. 2 climbers race head to head while soloing above an Olympic pool. The fastest time advances. Oh, and the only way down is to jump or fall.
- I just got informed of a climbing guide being developed for North Dakota. Being from Michigan, it’s exciting to see another state that doesn’t get much love in the climbing world developing routes and producing a guidebook. I’m sure much like Michigan the climbing isn’t “Worldclass,” but the locals appreciate any chance they have to touch real rock.
